Microsoft Australia are recruiting Biztalk professionals and Michael Specht has a great post on his blog on what they or any company could be doing to pull candidates in to their business. He knows they are recruiting because the Microsoft community is pretty good at advertising their positions on their individual blogs. Biztalk and Content Management Server seem to be pretty hot products right now. But it is curious that Microsoft would be having trouble finding those kinds of people. After all, I would have thought that since they provide training for the product, and resell it directly and through partners, then they would be able to produce a very, very, long list of target candidates to approach directly very easily. The first thing they could do is approach everyone who attended TechEd last year and went to a Biztalk presentation.
Perhaps Microsoft are working hard on doing that and that's the real reason the Microsoft Australia Recruitment Blog has gone a little quiet.

Hi,
I am a Microsoft certified Biztalk professional. Can anyone give me hints for the job sites.
Thanks
